In today's economy, most banks and lending institutions seem to have a lending policy to approve loans only for big business that do not need to borrow money. Additionally they are usually one-dimensional and can only do limited types of financing, marketing and brokerage. As a certified BGC Professional you will own a full service finance company that will be able to meet most of your clients financial needs whether they need a loan for working capital, purchase new equipment, acquire a new business, or restructure their current loans or whatever else their needs may be, you can do it all. You will also be able to give them the personal service that they are lacking from the banks to discuss and achieve their short and long term financial goals. There are very few financial consultants that specialize in satisfying the financial needs of small to medium size companies so the timing could not be better to be in this business. You do not invest your own money and are not responsible for the loan after it has been funded. Your commissions are paid upon the closing of the loan. When you complete the training, you will be given a list of lenders that you are approved to do business with that should satisfy most of your client's needs. You will also be able to fund transactions with BGC as well. Entering this business could not be easier and you don't need prior experience. You will complete our 3-day training in our Buckhead, Atlanta offices and upon completion; you will be operating your own full service finance company. You also receive all the tools necessary to run your own business, get clients and start making money. The important thing you receive is our on going support to assure your business success. What is a certified BGC Professional Designation? When you complete the BGC Training you will receive the designation of a Certified BGC Professional showing both lenders and borrowers you are knowledgeable in all types of business loans. When you talk with clients or funding sources, it only takes about 5 minutes for them to know if a person knows what he or she is talking about. BGC 's training program will prepare you with the financial knowledge and industry vocabulary so you can confidently converse with them in an intelligent manner and build solid relationships. How much money can I earn? This is always one of the first questions people ask. It is an impossible question to answer because it is entirely dependent on how much time and effort you put into the business. That is the best part of this business. Your job is to find the customers, and make the presentations to your marketing and financial suppliers. They will make the credit decision and execute the transaction. When the transaction is funded you receive your upfront fees & you will be paid a handsome commission and you are off to the next transaction. How do I get the customers? This is probably the best question on the list. We spend almost a complete day in the training teaching you how to get clients. You cannot do business without getting clients. You are taught the same tried and proven methods GMG has been using for years. If you follow what we teach, you will get customers quickly and be well on the way to earning a 6 figure annual income. How much money can I make on each transaction? Generally you can earn between 500 – 5000 of each financial &/or marketing transaction you place and in some cases even more, but they vary with each new client. In addition to the fees you receive when executing a transaction, there are many other ways you make money and during the training we go into greater detail. How long do I get support? The good news is we support you for the life of your business. No limited support like 90 days or 6 months. We are available 5 days a week via phone, fax or Internet. Your success is very important to us. We will be there for you whenever you need us. Your success is our success. How much does this program cost? The cost of our program is $14,400.00.
