You will also receive a certificate suitable for hanging in your office or home.
The Client Acquisition Program. The most critical time in the success of your business is in the first 45-60 days. We show you how to get the right kind of clients and make money quickly to get your business off to a successful start. We will also provide you with vital advertising tools designed to get rapid results. You will learn the same tried and proven marketing techniques A&A has used successfully for years. If you follow this program closely, you should be able to do 3-4 transactions per month very quickly.

We will supply you with a list of lenders who will be able to satisfy almost all of your clients' needs. BGC has worked with many of these lenders for years and has maintained a strong relationship with them. You will also be able to fund transactions directly through A&A.
Manuals for Success. These manuals contain all of the information you will receive during your training and more. They include how to start your business, get clients quickly, and evaluate your clients' needs and how to package and submit transactions for quick approvals. We also include successful examples of all the forms and applications you will need to submit to get advertising, marketing and funding for your clients. They are the perfect reference guides for you in the future.
Stationary Package. You receive a personalized package of professionally printed stationary that includes business cards, letterheads, envelopes, and presentation folders … everything you need to start your professional business. You will also receive a forms package that includes all of the forms you will need for the different types of financing, marketing and brokerage you will be offering, such as loan applications, agreements, proposals, loan documents, etc. This package conveys professionalism, trust and confidence. Here Is How You Make Money. The Process is Not Difficult or Complicated.

Whatever type of financing, marketing and brokerage you do your profit is determined by the following formula:

Your Consulting Fees + Commissions from Finance/Marketing/Brokerage.

You will control each transaction. You will conduct a free initial assessment and call your appropriate supplier for your discounted rates per transaction. You can add on top of the rates and on top of your fees as you deem appropriate. Your typical earnings will range from either $250.00 to $2,500.00 NET. Let's take the example below:

Example Finance: $500,000.00 transaction = $500 - $2000

If you average 3 transactions a month at $500,000.00, each which is very attainable, your profit should be $1000 to 4,500.00 per month or $12,000 to 48,000.00 per year.

The Second Way to Make Money

Each time you do a lease transaction you have a supplier of equipment or a "vendor" as we call them in the finance industry. When you complete a financing, marketing and brokerage transaction the next thing you will do is introduce our financing, marketing and brokerage program to the "Vendor" and show him how to increase his sales by offering a finance, marketing and/or brokerage program. In the training we show you how to make the presentation. For example after 6 or 8 months you may have 5 or 6 vendors sending you only 1 transaction a month, which should be attainable.

Example: 5 vendors sending 1 transaction a month at $75,000 each $450,000 = 1,000 to 4500.00 per month or $12,000.00 - $54,000.00 Per year

If you do 3 transactions a month directly with your clients and five transactions a month with your vendors, you can see what your annual income can be. Even if you reduce this by 50%, you are still earning a nice 6 figure annual income. The best part is that your vendors send you business this month, next month and next year.
